-= ABOUT THE SITE =-

PhutureWarez.com is a place for me to host my work. As of now, I'm in the process of switching my focus between the development of a mobile game for Android (possibly Apple in the future) as well as a MMO browser game. More details will be made available as development continues on these projects. Towards the beginning of this, I was working on mods for games such as Minecraft and Project: Zomboid. At the time I had three Minecraft mod projects which are still posted on the download page. I also had one Project: Zomboid mod which is not quite in a working state and is currently listed as private. I hope to revisit these when production on my current projects near completion. Until then the Minecraft mods will remain posted as they were along with their source code.

-= ABOUT ME =-

I've always had an interest in computer programming, starting with QBasic back in the day. Eventually, the days of DOS came to an end and I had to find an alternative language. Of course I initially went for Visual Basic. It provided me with the comfort of QBasic since most of the commands were the same. I got away from programming soon after and looked into building and repairing computers. However, that didn't last long and I got back into programming with web sites this time. I've used a few different languages including HTML, JavaScript, and Perl for CGI. Eventually I picked up on PHP as well and added that to my list. Since then I've made a few Firefox extensions for a browser game that I used to play. That was before Mozilla started putting out a major release every month (sometimes every couple weeks) which made it very annoying for plugin developers. I got away from that and experimented some more with application programming. I started with Java since it is a cross platform language. Never did end up finishing anything with Java but definitely enjoyed learning it. In an effort to help others learn as I did, whenever possible I will share either full source code or portions of source code for my projects. Soon I will be creating a contact form which can be used for code requests or general questions. So thats about it for now, I want to get back to a project so until next time I'll be typing away.
